OPEN POSITION – CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I

The Customer Service Representatives are responsible for delivering an outstanding customer service experience to all guests who visit the Naples Airport.  Works directly with private and corporate aircraft pilots and customers. Arrange, prioritize, and coordinate aircraft servicing to include fueling, towing, catering, ground transportation and lodging.  Must have an upbeat, friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills. Should be able to hear and speak effectively while answering multi-line telephone system and two-way radio.  Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced work environment. Full-time position, offering an excellent benefits package. Must be flexible with schedule, includes nights and weekends.  Applications accepted until position is filled.

Starting pay is $12.69 per hour.
