Doing Business with the Authority

The Naples Airport has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26. The Airport has received Federal financial assistance from the Department of Transportation, and as a condition of receiving this assistance, the Airport has signed an assurance that it will comply with 49 CFR Part 26. The goal, covering the period October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2019 is described as follows:

  • Overall 2018 – 2020 goal: 8.95% overall DBE participation
  • All goals be obtained through 2.25% Race-Neutral and 6.7% Race-Conscious means

The DBE Program and its components are available for public review during normal business hours at the Naples Airport Administrative office, 160 Aviation Drive North, Naples, FL 34104.

Three-Years (FY 2018-2020) Overall Goal Statement

Notice is hereby given that the City of Naples Airport Authority (the Authority) has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 8.95% for federally funded airport improvement projects at the Naples Airport within Fiscal Years 2018-2020.  This goal is in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26.

The methodology and supporting documentation regarding the City of Naples Airport Authority DBE Program will be available for public review until March 7, 2018, at the Airport offices located at 160 Aviation Drive North, Naples, FL 34104.  The Authority will accept written comments concerning the goal until March 7, 2018.  Comments should be directed to Kerry Keith by mail at the address above or via email at KKeith@flynaples.com.
