RFP – Fuel Facility Expansion Project
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The City of Naples Airport Authority (NAA) invites the submission of Bid Proposals from all interested and qualified parties with demonstrated construction expertise for the Fuel Facility Expansion Project at the Naples Municipal Airport. The project generally consists of an expansion of the existing airport fuel storage facility, including installation of a new 40,000 gallon Jet A Fuel Tank, relocation of an existing 12,000 gallon fuel tank, interface to the existing pump systems, associated site and utility work, concrete fuel tank pads, and associated improvements. The project also includes additive bid items for installation of a second 40,000 gallon Jet A fuel tank, installation of a pre-engineered equipment/restroom building and associated work, and installation of pre-engineered canopy structures covering the fuel loading/off-loading areas. Contract time will be one hundred sixty five (165) consecutive calendar days from the receipt of Notice-to-Proceed to Substantial Completion and fifteen (15) days to Final Completion.
Bidders are encouraged to attend a Pre-bid Conference and Site Visit to be held at 1:00 P.M. EDT, Friday, September 21, 2018 at the Naples Municipal Airport, General Aviation Terminal, 2nd Floor Larson Conference Room, 160 Aviation Drive North, Naples, Florida 34104.
